Lactolerance presents the ingredients, preparation and cooking of this tasty and balanced pizza.<\/p>\n<p><strong>BONUS :<\/strong> <em>at the end we explain how to enjoy classic pizzas with complete peace of mind<\/em> \ud83e\udd2b<\/p>\n<h2><strong>How do you make a tasty lactose-free pizza?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #c50078;\"><strong>Step 1 - Ingredients :<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<h4><strong>For the pizza dough<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>350 g flour of your choice (T45, T55, gluten-free, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>1 tablespoon cornstarch<\/li>\n<li>2 pinches of salt<\/li>\n<li>1 sachet baker's yeast<\/li>\n<li>25 cl warm water<\/li>\n<li>3 tbsp olive oil<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><strong>For the garnish <\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>250 g tomato pulp<\/li>\n<li>100 g button mushrooms<\/li>\n<li>2 peppers<\/li>\n<li>1 onion<\/li>\n<li>2 slices of white ham<\/li>\n<li>Parmesan* and\/or grated Emmental* cheese<\/li>\n<li>black olives<\/li>\n<li>Aromatic herbs of your choice (basil, thyme, rosemary, etc.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>* <em>Parmesan and Emmental contain less than one gram of lactose per 100g of finished product. Mix the yeast and \u2155 of your water in another bowl or salad bowl. Pour the mixture into the centre of the well and mix gently with your spatula, gradually adding the remaining warm water and olive oil until you have a smooth dough.<\/p>\n<p>Line a baking tray with baking paper, then pour in your lactose-free pizza dough, spreading it out with a spatula. Cover with a clean tea towel and leave to rest and rise for 2 hours at room temperature.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>For the trim \ud83c\udf45<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Thinly slice your peppers, mushrooms and onion, then fry them over a medium heat in an oiled frying pan. Once the vegetables are lightly browned, add the tomato pulp and season with your herbs, salt and pepper. Leave to simmer over a low heat for around 20 minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Then place your vegetables, ham, cheese and black olives on your lactose-free pizza dough.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #c50078;\"><strong>Step 3 - Baking your lactose-free pizza :<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Preheat your oven to 200\u00b0C (gas mark 6\/7).
