Here it is accompanied by endives to balance this delicious dish.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>For 4 people:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>- 4 duck fillets<br \/>- 1 spoonful of watercress<br \/>- 8 endives<br \/>- 1 tbsp. sugar<br \/>- 1 tbsp. water<br \/>- 4 tbsp. sherry vinegar<br \/>- Olive oil, salt and freshly ground pepper\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preparation<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Preparation: 10 min. Cooking time: 15 min.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>1.   In a wok, cook the duck fillets for about 5 minutes on each side, starting with the skin side. Season with salt and pepper. Remove from the pan and keep warm. Deglaze the pan with the water and 2 tbsp. sherry vinegar to make a sauce.\u00a0<br \/>2.   Wash the endives and cut them into slices. In another pan, cook them over a high heat in a little olive oil. Add salt and pepper and a little sugar.<br \/>3.   Cut up the duck fillets, arrange them on the plates and drizzle with the sauce. Keep warm. When the endives are golden brown, deglaze them with the remaining sherry.<br \/>4.
