Put the mixture in a pan with a little olive oil.\u00a0<br \/>Pour in the soy cream and simmer for 5 minutes on low heat.<br \/>2 Chop the red pepper and add to the sauce. Season with salt and pepper.<br \/>3.   Cook the penne and drain.<br \/>4.
