{"id":214,"date":"2019-03-14T14:24:16","date_gmt":"2019-03-14T13:24:16","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blog.lactolerance.fr\/?p=214"},"modified":"2023-11-15T11:45:28","modified_gmt":"2023-11-15T10:45:28","slug":"flan-au-thon-sans-lactose","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.lactolerance.fr\/blog\/en\/lactose-free-tuna-flan\/","title":{"rendered":"Tuna flan with leek (or tomato) coulis"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A lactose-free recipe, simple to make, which will be delicious at the table but also ideal for a picnic or as an aperitif!<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>For a flan of 4 to 6 people:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>- 200 g tuna in brine<br \/>- 400 g soy cream<br \/>- 4 eggs<br \/>- 4 leek whites (or organic tomato coulis)<br \/>- 2 tbsp. chopped parsley<br \/>- Olive oil, salt, freshly ground pepper<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preparation<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Preparation: 35 min. Cooking time: 35 min.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>1.  Oil a cake tin with a little olive oil.<br \/>2.  Blend the tuna in a blender.<br \/>3.  Beat the eggs and add to the tuna. Add 200 g of soy cream and the parsley. Season with salt and pepper.<br \/>4.  Pour the mixture into the tin and bake for 35 minutes in a preheated oven at 180\u00b0C.<br \/>5.  Wash the leeks and cut them into slices. Melt them over a very low heat with a little olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Cover and cook for 20 minutes on a very low heat.<br \/>6.  Put them in a blender and add the rest of the soy cream. Reheat over a low heat and adjust the seasoning.<br \/>7.
