{"id":223,"date":"2019-03-14T14:36:21","date_gmt":"2019-03-14T13:36:21","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blog.lactolerance.fr\/?p=223"},"modified":"2023-11-15T11:26:13","modified_gmt":"2023-11-15T10:26:13","slug":"steack-au-poivre-sans-lactose","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.lactolerance.fr\/blog\/en\/steack-pepper-lactose-free\/","title":{"rendered":"Steak with green pepper and garlic hash browns"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A classic of French gastronomy, quick and easy to make!<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredients<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">For 4 people:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>- 4 beef tenderloin steaks<br \/>- 4 large potatoes<br \/>- 40 cl of soy cream<br \/>- 3 cloves of garlic<br \/>- 2 large tbsp. green pepper<br \/>- 1 meat stock cube<br \/>Parsley, olive oil, salt and freshly ground pepper<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preparation<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Preparation: 15 min Cooking time: 30 min<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>1.   Peel and dice the potatoes. Heat a little olive oil in a frying pan and sear the potato cubes over a high heat, turning regularly.<br \/>Chop the garlic finely and add to the potatoes. Add salt and pepper and cook for about 30 minutes.<br \/>2.   Heat a little olive oil in a second frying pan. Fry the steaks on both sides. Remove from the heat and keep warm.<br \/>3.   Pour the soy cream, pepper and stock cube into the pan. Reduce, stirring regularly.<br \/>4.
