{"id":159,"date":"2019-03-14T11:51:44","date_gmt":"2019-03-14T10:51:44","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blog.lactolerance.fr\/?p=159"},"modified":"2023-11-15T12:03:05","modified_gmt":"2023-11-15T11:03:05","slug":"gratin-sans-lactose","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.lactolerance.fr\/blog\/es\/gratinado-sin-lactosa\/","title":{"rendered":"Gratinado de patatas y verduras sin lactosa"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Como guarnici\u00f3n o como plato \u00fanico para los vegetarianos, \u00a1un gratinado sabroso y sin lactosa!<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ingredientes<\/strong><\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Para 4 personas<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>- 500 g de patatas<br \/>- 3 puerros blancos, cortados en rodajas<br \/>- 4 tomates cortados en rodajas<br \/>- 4 dientes de ajo machacados<br \/>- 2 cebollas<br \/>- Ramitas de romero fresco machacadas<br \/>- 30 cl de caldo de verduras<br \/>- Aceite de oliva, sal y pimienta reci\u00e9n molida<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preparaci\u00f3n<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>25 minutos Tiempo de cocci\u00f3n: 1h30<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>1.   Precalentar el horno a 180\u00b0C<br \/>2.   Pele las patatas, c\u00f3rtelas en rodajas y cu\u00e9zalas previamente durante 5 minutos en agua hirviendo ligeramente salada.\u00a0<br \/>3.   Cortar las cebollas en trozos y fre\u00edrlas en aceite de oliva.<br \/>4.   Escurrir las patatas y disponerlas en capas en una fuente de horno engrasada con los puerros, los tomates y las cebollas. Espolvorear cada capa con romero y terminar con una capa de patatas. \u00a0<br \/>5.   A\u00f1adir el ajo al caldo. Sazonar con sal y pimienta. Verter sobre las verduras. Untar la parte superior con aceite de oliva.
