{"id":180,"date":"2019-03-14T13:24:54","date_gmt":"2019-03-14T12:24:54","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blog.lactolerance.fr\/?p=180"},"modified":"2023-11-15T11:57:32","modified_gmt":"2023-11-15T10:57:32","slug":"poulet-marengo-sans-lactose","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.lactolerance.fr\/blog\/es\/pollo-margen-sin-lactosa\/","title":{"rendered":"Pollo Marengo sin lactosa"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Una receta tradicional francesa, un plato cocinado a fuego lento para el placer de degustar un pollo fundido y suave y sin lactosa, \u00a1obviamente!<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredientes<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Para 4 personas :<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>- 1 pollo en trozos<br \/>- 400 g de pasta de tomate<br \/>- 250 g de champi\u00f1ones<br \/>- 12 aceitunas negras<br \/>- 1 cucharada de pasta de tomate<br \/>- 25 cl de vino blanco seco<br \/>- 1 terr\u00f3n de az\u00facar<br \/>- 2 cebollas, 3 dientes de ajo, 1 bouquet garni<br \/>- Aceite de oliva, sal y pimienta reci\u00e9n molida<br \/>- Perejil picado<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preparaci\u00f3n<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Preparaci\u00f3n: 20 min Cocci\u00f3n: 1h25<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>1.   Pelar y picar finamente las cebollas.<br \/>2.   Escaldar las aceitunas durante 3 minutos en agua hirviendo, escurrirlas.<br \/>3.   En una sart\u00e9n antiadherente grande, dorar los trozos de pollo por todos los lados en aceite de oliva durante 15 minutos, luego retirarlos y mantenerlos calientes.<br \/>4.   En la misma sart\u00e9n, dorar las cebollas durante 5 minutos a fuego lento en un poco de aceite de oliva.<br \/>5.   A\u00f1adir la pasta de tomate y el ajo, mezclar y continuar la cocci\u00f3n durante 5 minutos a fuego medio.<br \/>6.   A\u00f1adir la pasta de tomate, el terr\u00f3n de az\u00facar y el bouquet garni. A\u00f1adir sal y pimienta, mezclar y tapar.<br \/>7.   Cocer a fuego lento durante 20 minutos.<br \/>8.   Limpiar y cortar los champi\u00f1ones en rodajas. Fr\u00edelas durante 5 minutos en aceite de oliva.<br \/>9.   Retirar el bouquet garni. A\u00f1ade el pollo y los champi\u00f1ones a la sart\u00e9n. Tapar y cocinar otros 40 minutos a fuego lento. A\u00f1adir las aceitunas y el perejil.<br \/>10.
