Aqu\u00ed se acompa\u00f1a de endivias para equilibrar este delicioso plato.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredientes<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Para 4 personas :<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>- 4 filetes de pato<br \/>- 1 cucharada de berros<br \/>- 8 endibias<br \/>- 1 cucharada de az\u00facar<br \/>- 1 cucharada de agua<br \/>- 4 cucharadas de vinagre de jerez<br \/>- Aceite de oliva, sal y pimienta reci\u00e9n molida\u00a0<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Preparaci\u00f3n<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Preparaci\u00f3n: 10 min. Cocci\u00f3n: 15 min.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>1.   En un wok, cocine los filetes de pato durante unos 5 minutos por cada lado, empezando por el lado de la piel. Sazonar con sal y pimienta. Retirar de la sart\u00e9n y mantener caliente. Desglasar la sart\u00e9n con el agua y 2 cucharadas de vinagre de jerez para hacer una salsa.\u00a0<br \/>2.   Lavar las endibias y cortarlas en rodajas. En otra sart\u00e9n, coc\u00ednalos a fuego fuerte en un poco de aceite de oliva. A\u00f1adir sal y pimienta y un poco de az\u00facar.<br \/>3.   Cortar los filetes de pato, disponerlos en los platos y rociar con la salsa. Mant\u00e9ngase caliente. Cuando las endibias est\u00e9n doradas, desgl\u00e1selas con el jerez restante.<br \/>4.
