{"id":210,"date":"2019-03-14T14:17:39","date_gmt":"2019-03-14T13:17:39","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blog.lactolerance.fr\/?p=210"},"modified":"2023-11-15T11:52:32","modified_gmt":"2023-11-15T10:52:32","slug":"penne-au-thon-sans-lactose","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.lactolerance.fr\/blog\/penne-au-thon-sans-lactose\/","title":{"rendered":"Penn\u00e9 au thon, une recette sans lactose"},"content":{"rendered":"\r\n<p>Une recette ultra-rapide pour toute la famille, \u00e0 d\u00e9guster chaude ou froide.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingr\u00e9dients<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Pour 4 personnes :<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>&#8211; 500 g de penne<br \/>&#8211; 250 g de thon \u00e0 l\u2019huile d\u2019olive<br \/>&#8211; 250 g de cr\u00e8me de soja<br \/>&#8211; 1 zeste de citron<br \/>&#8211; Persil hach\u00e9<br \/>&#8211; 1 piment rouge (facultatif)<br \/>&#8211; Huile d\u2019olive, sel, poivre du moulin<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pr\u00e9paration<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Pr\u00e9paration + cuisson\u00a0: 25 min.<br \/><br \/>1 Ecraser le thon dans un peu d\u2019huile d\u2019olive et ajouter le zeste de citron r\u00e2p\u00e9. Mettre le m\u00e9lange dans une po\u00eale avec un peu d\u2019huile d\u2019olive.\u00a0<br \/>Verser la cr\u00e8me de soja et laisser mijoter 5 min \u00e0 feu doux.<br \/>2 Hacher le piment rouge et l\u2019ajouter \u00e0 la sauce.
