{"id":223,"date":"2019-03-14T14:36:21","date_gmt":"2019-03-14T13:36:21","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/blog.lactolerance.fr\/?p=223"},"modified":"2023-11-15T11:26:13","modified_gmt":"2023-11-15T10:26:13","slug":"steack-au-poivre-sans-lactose","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.lactolerance.fr\/blog\/steack-au-poivre-sans-lactose\/","title":{"rendered":"Steack au poivre vert et pommes de terre rissol\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019ail"},"content":{"rendered":"\r\n<p>Un classique de la gastronomie fran\u00e7aise, simple et rapide \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser !<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingr\u00e9dients<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">Pour 4 personnes :<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>&#8211; 4 steacks de filet de b\u0153uf<br \/>&#8211; 4 grosses pommes de terre<br \/>&#8211; 40 cl de cr\u00e8me de soja<br \/>&#8211; 3 gousses d\u2019ail<br \/>&#8211; 2 grandes c. \u00e0 soupe de poivre vert<br \/>&#8211; 1 cube de bouillon de viande<br \/>Persil, huile d\u2019olive, sel et poivre du moulin<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pr\u00e9paration<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Pr\u00e9paration\u00a0: 15 min \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0Cuisson\u00a0: 30 min<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>1.\u00a0\u00a0 Eplucher les pommes de terre et les couper en d\u00e9s. Faire chauffer un peu d\u2019huile d\u2019olive dans une po\u00eale, y saisir les cubes de pommes de terre \u00e0 feu vif en les retournant r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement.<br \/>Couper finement l\u2019ail et l\u2019ajouter aux pommes de terre. Saler et poivrer, laisser cuire 30 minutes environ.<br \/>2.\u00a0\u00a0 Chauffer un peu d\u2019huile d\u2019olive dans une seconde po\u00eale. Y saisir les steaks des 2 cot\u00e9s. Les retirer du feu les garder au chaud.<br \/>3.\u00a0\u00a0 Dans la po\u00eale, verser la cr\u00e8me de soja, le poivre et cube de bouillon.
