🍦 An ultra simple recipe, 100 % pleasure, 0 % lactose
Ingredients (for 2 to 3 people) :
- 2 ripe bananas, sliced and frozen for at least 4 hours
- 1 tablespoon almond or peanut purée
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup or honey (optional, to taste)
- 1 pinch vanilla powder
- 2 to 3 tablespoons of vegetable drink (almond, oat, rice...)
Bonus topping (as you wish) :
- Lactose-free dark chocolate chips
- Fresh red fruit
- Grated coconut
- Slivered almonds or hazelnut flakes
👩🍳 Preparation
- Take the banana slices out of the freezer and leave them to rest for 2 to 3 minutes to make mixing easier.
- In a blender or powerful mixer, add the bananas, oilseed puree, vanilla, maple syrup and a little vegetable drink.
- Blend until smooth. Add a little liquid if necessary.
- Serve immediately for a "soft" ice cream, or place in the freezer for 15-20 minutes for a firmer texture.
