Lactose-free apple pear almond cake

A fruit-based dessert, original, light and delicious!


For 4 people:

- 6 pears - 6 apples
- 50 g margarine
- 50 g brown sugar
- 10 cl of white wine
- 5 cl strawberry liqueur
- 100 g almond powder
- 100 g sultanas
- 1 lemon


Preparation: 30 min Cooking: 30 min

1. Peel the apples and pears and cut them in half lengthways. Remove the core and seeds, and squeeze the lemon.
2. Butter a baking dish with margarine and put the apples, pears and sultanas in it.
3. Sprinkle with the remaining lemon juice.
4. Mix the sugar, almond powder, strawberry liqueur and white wine in a bowl.
5. Pour this mixture over the apples and pears. Add a little margarine to each.
6. Bake for 30 minutes at 220°C, serve hot.
