Chocolate Hazelnut Spread Lactose Free

A chocolate-hazelnut spread that is lactose-free and ORGANIC!

Ingredients

For 1 jar of 400 g

- 170 g hazelnut puree (in organic shops)
- 120 g dark chocolate
- 10 cl almond milk
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Preparation

Preparation time: 10 min Cooking time: 5 min

1/ Put the chocolate and almond milk in a bowl and place the bowl in a bain-marie until the chocolate has melted.

2/ Add the other ingredients.

3/ Mix by hand or with a hand blender to obtain a more homogeneous mixture.

4/ Store for 1 week at room temperature or 1 month in the refrigerator.
