PURPOSE

These general terms and conditions of use (the "GCU") govern the use of the Website by any user, natural person, whoever he or she may be, who is at least sixteen years old ("You"). They aim to define the conditions under which You can access and browse the Site

on the products sold on the Site.

By browsing the Site, You acknowledge that You have read and fully accept without reservation the GCU. 

Physiosynthese Laboratory reserves the right to modify the GTC at any time. They will then be applicable as soon as they are put online. In this regard, we invite You to read the GTC regularly.

ACCESS TO THE SITE

The Site is open to any Internet user who meets the conditions set out above, provided that he or she has an Internet connection. 

However, the creation of a customer account is necessary if You wish to place an order on the Site. In this case, we invite you to refer to the General Conditions of Sale.

CUSTOMER ACCOUNT

Your customer account allows you to : 

- consult and update your contact information;

- follow your orders in progress and consult the history of your last orders and refunds;

- return an item and get your money back;

- consult the promotional offers that You benefit from; 

- set up your options relating to the sending of advertising campaigns.

To create your customer account, You must fill out a registration form including your contact information (title, last name, first name, postal address and email, telephone, date of birth) and create your personal password. You will then receive an email confirming the creation of your customer account and including all your customer data. 

By creating your customer account, You agree to provide accurate, complete and updated information. 

It is specified that your identifiers (email address or customer number and password) are under your full responsibility. It is therefore your responsibility to ensure the confidentiality of this information, and to report any fraud or hacking to Physiosynthese Laboratory's customer service as soon as possible.

To delete your customer account, you are invited to contact Physiosynthese Laboratory's customer service, in accordance with the provisions "Your rights of access, modification and deletion" in the "Personal Data" tab of the Site. It is specified that Physiosynthese Laboratory may also be required to delete a customer account that does not have an order in progress because of the regulations related to personal data.

PERSONAL DATA

The personal data collected on the Site will be subject to computer processing. You are invited to refer to the tab "Personal Data" of the Site to obtain all the information relating to this point.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

DISPUTES

The GTU are subject to French law. The competent court in case of dispute will be that of the place of residence of the defendant.

The Site complies with French law, and under no circumstances does Laboratoire Physiosynthèse provide any guarantee of compliance with local legislation that may be applicable to you, as soon as you access the site from countries other than France.
