All orders placed before 2:00 pm are prepared and shipped the same day, from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
Delivery within 24 to 48 hours for France via Colissimo and Chronopost
Delivery within 1 to 7 days for Europe and the rest of the world with Colissimo, DHL and Chronopost.

Guarantees
Deliveries with signature, in Points Relais, DHL and Chronopost are guaranteed in case of loss or theft. The order is then returned at our expense.
Deliveries without signature are under the responsibility of the recipient.
