However, creating a customer account is necessary if You wish to place an order on the Site. In such cases, we invite you to refer to the General Terms of Sale.
CUSTOMER ACCOUNT
Your customer account allows you to:

- Track your current orders and view your order and refund history;
- Return an item and request a refund;
- View the promotional offers available to You;
- Manage your subscriptions;
- Configure your advertising campaign preferences.
To create your customer account, You must complete a registration form including your contact details (title, last name, first name, postal address, email, phone, date of birth) and create your personal password. You will then receive an email confirming your account creation and containing all your customer data.
By creating your customer account, You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
Your login details (email address or customer number and password) are your sole responsibility. You must ensure the confidentiality of this information and report any fraud or hacking to Laboratoire Physiosynthèse’s customer service as soon as possible.
To delete your account, contact Laboratoire Physiosynthèse’s customer service following the “Your rights of access, modification, and deletion” provisions in the "Personal Data" tab of the Site. Laboratoire Physiosynthèse may also delete a customer account without any ongoing orders due to personal data regulations.
