Lactose-free Thai chicken

Do you like sweet and sour? Here's a recipe for Thai chicken without lactose !


For 4 people

- 4 chicken breasts
- 100 ml soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. dry white wine
- 4 tbsp. olive oil
- 4 tbsp. honey
- 2 cloves of garlic
- ½ tbsp. grated ginger


Preparation: 10 min. Cooking time: 30 min.

1. Cut the chicken breasts into small pieces and fry in a little olive oil for 5 minutes. Add soy sauce, garlic cloves in small pieces, honey, wine and ginger. Mix everything together.

2. Cover and cook over a low heat for 30 mins, stirring constantly.

3. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
