Lactose-free cherry clafoutis, grandma's recipe

A classic summer dessert, best made with fresh cherries.


For 4 people

- 500 g pitted cherries
- 150 g flour
- 100 g sugar
- 40 cl almond milk
- 4 tsp. icing sugar
- 4 eggs
- Olive oil  


Preparation time: 15 min. Cooking time: 30 min.

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. 
2. Butter a baking tin with olive oil. Spread the cherries in the bottom of the pan. 
3. Mix flour, sugar and eggs. Add the almond milk and mix again.
4. Pour this mixture over the fruit and bake for about 30 minutes, until the clafoutis turns light brown.
5. Remove from the mould and sprinkle with icing sugar.
