  A daily capsule of Lactolérance 1Day protects 24 hours a day, whatever the level of intolerance.
  One capsule of Lactolérance 4500 (moderate intolerance) or 9000 (severe intolerance) protects for 45 min to 1 hour.

  For the first use we recommend Lactolérance 9000, because it is effective immediately, from the first use.

  If the experience is positive, try Lactolérance 1Day, effective after an adjustment period of about a week. During this period, we recommend the association of Lactolérance 1Day with Lactolérance 9000.

• What are the costs and delivery times?

• How to store the capsules and what is the shelf life?

  Protect the capsules from heat and humidity. The bathroom is a bad idea. In summer, the refrigerator door is the perfect place.
