How long do LACTOLERANCE supplements last ?
A daily capsule of LACTOLERANCE 1/DAY offers 24 hours of effectiveness against digestive problems linked to lactose intolerance.
One capsule of LACTOLERANCE 4500 or LACTOLERANCE 9000 lactase is effective for up to 1 hour to improve lactose digestion (adjust the number of capsules to prolong the effects of the lactase).
