We have put together everything you need to digest lactose from day one in this pack:
- Lactolerance 1Day, 1 capsule to be taken every day. It contains a unique combination of 6 probiotics, producers of lactase. Lactase is a digestive enzyme that breaks down lactose into simple sugars that are easily digested by the body. Requires an adaptation time of about 7 days. After 7 days, the microbiota begins to produce the lactase we need, throughout the day.
- Lactolerance 9000, to be taken during the adaptation period at each lactose absorption. Contains the enzyme Lactase purified. Effective immediately, without waiting, for 1 hour. Renew the intake if the meal is prolonged beyond.

Ingredients
Lactolérance 1Day: Gum acacia, Pro-Lactase Complex (Bacillus coagulans, Bacillus Subtilis, Bifidobacterium animalis, lactis, Lactobacillus casei, Lactobacillus rhamnosus and Streptococcus thermophilus), HPMC vegetable capsule, rice flour, vitamin C. Gluten-free and lactose-free.
Lactolérance 9000: lactase from Aspergillus Orizae (9000 FCC), bulking agent: gum acacia. Envelope: vegetable gelatin (HPMC). Without dye and gluten.
Usage tips
Each day: 1 capsule of Lactolerance 1Day.
For 7 days*: 1 capsule of Lactolerance 9000 with each consumption of lactose. Take a second capsule in the event of a meal high in lactose. Renew if the meal is prolonged beyond one hour. Maximum recommended dose: 6 capsules per day.
After 7 days*, 1 capsule of Lactolérance 1Day is sufficient.
*7 days is the adaptation time generally observed. It can vary from 3 to 21 days.
