Après avoir hésité et réfléchi à cause du prix, j'ai tenté ce produit ! Cela fait 15 jours que je teste Lactolérance 1 day ! Après avoir bien pris pendant les 7 premiers jours, en plus, comme recommandé, Lactolérance 9000 avant chaque repas avec lactose, cela fait maintenant une dizaine de jours où je ne prends donc plus qu'une seule gélule 1day le matin ! C'est formidable ! On se sent plus libre ! Plus besoin de penser à l'avance à chaque repas si on doit prendre une gélule ou pas ! Une le matin et je me sens bien ! Pourtant je mange fromages blancs, crème, lait... Pour l'instant, aucun malaise, ballonnement ou autre événement inconfortable ou douloureux ! Il faut voir dans le temps bien-sûr ! Je teste sur 6 mois et si tout est ok, j'en reprendrai pour un an assurément ! Je recommande, c'est certain !
