Usage tips
- 1 capsule each day to be swallowed with a glass of water, before a meal.
- Adaptation time: about 7 days.

Je ne m'en passe plus. Des années que je l'utilise et aucun problème. Moi qui suis très intolérante au lactose et qui adore les produits laitiers, je suis vraiment sauvée ! Je ne regarde plus jamais si ce que je consomme contient du lactose ou non, donc plus aucune prise de tête, et plus aucun problème de digestion. Une gélule par jour, et c'est réglé. Mon seul problème : que ces gélules n'existent pas pour le gluten !

A daily capsule of Lactolérance 1Day protects 24 hours a day, whatever the level of intolerance.
One capsule of Lactolérance 4500 (moderate intolerance) or 9000 (severe intolerance) protects for 45 min to 1 hour.For the first use we recommend Lactolérance 9000, because it is effective immediately, from the first use.
If the experience is positive, try Lactolérance 1Day, effective after an adjustment period of about a week. During this period, we recommend the association of Lactolérance 1Day with Lactolérance 9000.

How to store the capsules and what is the shelf life?
Protect the capsules from heat and humidity. The bathroom is a bad idea. In summer, the refrigerator door is the perfect place.
