The lactase contained in Lactolerance helps to eliminate the symptoms of lactose intolerance and allows you to rediscover the pleasure of eating simply, without constraints. Lactolerance 4500 allows to digest up to 22.5 grams of lactose per capsule.

Ingredients
Lactase from Aspergillus Orizae (4500 FCC), anti-caking agent: calcium carbonate. Envelope: vegetable gelatin (HPMC). No coloring, no gluten, no preservatives or flavoring.
Usage tips
Take 1 to 4 capsules just before consuming a lactose containing product. Adjust the number of capsules to the amount of lactose to be absorbed and to your level of intolerance. Duration of effectiveness: 45 minutes to 1 hour. Beyond that, repeat the intake to continue consuming lactose. Maximum recommended quantity: 12 capsules per day.

J'ai acheté ce produit car les cachets sont petits et la boîte est pratique mais ça ne marche absolument pas pour moi. Je l'ai découvert à mes dépenses le réveillon de Noël et le repas de Noël. Le même dosage chez une autre marque marche très bien. Je suis très déçue.
