What is lactose intolerance?
Lactose intolerance is the inability of the human body to digest the milk carbohydrate lactose. To digest foods containing lactose, our digestive system needs to produce a specific enzyme: lactase. However, lactase gradually disappears from our bodies, particularly after weaning.
Indicators of lactose intolerance vary from one individual to another, and can help your doctor to establish a precise diagnosis of your level of alactasia. After ingesting a lactose-containing food, you may experience digestive discomfort such as flatulence, abdominal pain or borborygma.
Ingredients
Lactase from Aspergillus Orizae (9000 FCC), bulking agent: acacia gum. Envelope: vegetable gelatin (HPMC). Without dye and gluten.
Usage tips
Take 1 to 2 capsules with a glass of water just before consuming a lactose containing product. Adjust the number of capsules to the quantity of lactose to be absorbed and the level of intolerance.
Duration of effectiveness: 45 minutes to 1 hour. Beyond that, repeat the intake to continue consuming lactose.
Maximum recommended quantity: 6 capsules per day (54 000 FCC)
In case of pregnancy or diabetes, ask your doctor for advice. Do not use in case of galactosemia.It is possible to open the capsules and dissolve the powder in a little water for the same effectiveness.

Ce produit me convient parfaitement, efficace s'il est avalé juste avant la prise d'un aliment contenant du lactose et ce pendant environ 1 heure. Le format de la boîte est pratique, ses couleurs permettent de la repérer facilement dans un sac. Le prix est un peu élevé. Mais cette formule me convient mieux que le Lactolérance a prendre quotidiennement ; j'étais obligée de prendre le 9000 en plus de la gélule quotidienne qui ne suffisait pas à maîtriser l'écart alimentaire exceptionnel. En revanche, si les laboratoires pharmaceutiques pouvaient trouver une autre solution que l'ajout de lactose aux médicaments, ce serait formidable !!
