What is lactose intolerance?
Lactose intolerance is the inability of the human body to digest the carbohydrate in milk, i.e. lactose. In order to digest food containing lactose, our digestive system needs to produce a specific enzyme: lactase. However, lactase gradually disappears from our body, especially after weaning.
Alactasia is the scientific name for lactose intolerance. There are two forms of alactasia: partial intolerance and total intolerance. In the latter case, the body does not produce lactase at all, which is called severe intolerance.
The symptoms of lactose intolerance vary from one individual to another and can help establish an accurate diagnosis of the level of alactasia. After eating a food containing lactose, you may experience flatulence, abdominal pain, diarrhea, borborygma, nausea, vomiting, or even migraines and constipation.
Lactose intolerance is not an allergy and there is currently no cure to reactivate lactase production. Only a lactase supplement such as Lactolerance 9000 can help you fight the symptoms of severe lactose intolerance and make eating easier.
Ingredients
Lactase from Aspergillus Orizae (9000 FCC), bulking agent: acacia gum. Envelope: vegetable gelatin (HPMC). Without dye and gluten.
Usage tips
Take 1 to 2 capsules with a glass of water just before consuming a lactose containing product. Adjust the number of capsules to the quantity of lactose to be absorbed and the level of intolerance.
Duration of effectiveness: 45 minutes to 1 hour. Beyond that, repeat the intake to continue consuming lactose.
Maximum recommended quantity: 6 capsules per day (54 000 FCC)
In case of pregnancy or diabetes, ask your doctor for advice. Do not use in case of galactosemia.It is possible to open the capsules and dissolve the powder in a little water for the same effectiveness.

Semble agir mais n’est pas miraculeux pour autant. Je ressens une amélioration en prenant 2 gélules à chaque repas mais pas une résolution complète des troubles. Probablement efficace pour les personnes peu ou moyennement intolérante.

Efficace mais les gélules ont des limites, ça ne fonctionne pas à 100% pour une repas à base de fromage chez une personne intolérante au lactose. Mais ça permet de remanger occasionnellement des dessert avec du lactose dedans, et c'est très appréciable !
